Our dates for the journey are Oct 22 - Nov 3, 2026.

Arrival: Plan to arrive in Lima on the morning or early afternoon of October 22, 2026. We will provide airport pick-up and transfer to the hotel and there will be time to rest in the afternoon before gathering that evening for our welcome dinner together.

Departure: Plan to depart Lima on your International flight on the morning or afternoon of November 3, 2026. Hotel check-out time is at 11am, if you have a later flight that evening and would like to store bags at the hotel and do some sightseeing that is also an option. Airport transfer from hotel to airport will be provided.

No, your registration does not include international flights.

Yes, your registration includes domestic flights in Peru (from Lima to Chaclayo, and then Huaraz to Lima) during our journey together.

To ensure an intimate and private experience for those attending we will close registration at 15 participants.

Meals that are included as part of the journey:

We will be proving all breakfasts at hotels (buffet style - 12 in total) as well as the majority of lunches as listed (9 in total). We will also be providing a welcome dinner in Lima upon arrival.

The balance of dinners will be open for participants to choose where they would like to dine that evening and there will be many different options available. On ceremonial days you will be given guidance about dietary restrictions and timing of meals.

In support of creating a highly personalized experience for each participant we will be providing private accommodations for the duration of our journey together. This will be in honour of your personal process and to give each person time to rest and integrate.

The majority of our journey to the North will be along the coast and at lower altitudes. As we head inland towards Huarez and Chavin we will be travelling at higher altitudes and will share recommendations & preparation tips for adjusting to a higher altitude during our pre-trip planning and orientation process with participants. There will not be any extensive hiking or trekking on this journey. Moderate fitness level is recommended overall and a good pair of walking/hiking shoes.

We will be conducting a thorough and private intake process with those who will be participating on the journey and this will include a medical intake form to discuss any contraindications, as well best practices and dietary recommendations. Each participant will also have a personal 1:1 session with Jhaimy prior to Peru to discuss any personal questions and concerns.

This is an important aspect of the journey and it begins well before we arrive to Peru.  It includes pre-trip resources such as the Andean Foundations online course (self-paced) as well as pre-trip gatherings as a group online to discuss pre-trip planning logistics, spend time getting to know who you will be travelling with, as well as receiving Traditional Andean Wisdom teachings from Jhaimy connected to the temples of Northern Peru and the tradition of Huachuma.

Each participant will also have a 1:1 session with Jhaimy before Peru and upon returning home. There will also be personal time with Jhaimy to support your personal process while on the journey in Peru.

For our post-trip integration we will also have a group call online a few weeks after arriving back home.

Once your application has been submitted we will take up to 3 business days to review and respond.

Upon acceptance we will send you a confirmation email which will include next steps to complete your registration and payment to confirm your spot. You will then receive a full welcome package and intake forms to complete.

Early bird rate of $8500 USD is valid up until May 15, 2026. Regular rate after this date is $10K USD. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration to confirm your spot and the balance is due on or before August 1, 2026.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that require you to have to cancel your participation in the program we will be able to offer a 50% refund up until October 7, 2026. Beyond this, no refunds will be provided.

This policy is in consideration of our financial commitments to our travel partners in Peru, which we pre-pay upon your registration for the trip.
